The era of Syedna Moosa Kalimuddin (ra) was full of difficulties and troubles like that of his father. Aurangzeb was the ruler of the time. Later during the period of Bahadur Shah the difficulties began to ease. A few munafaqeen informed the Jam of Nagar that Syedna Kalimuddin (ra) had a lot of wealth and treasures , therefore the Jam asked Syedna to pay 3 lakh rupees.
He arrested Syedna Noor Mohammed Nooruddin (ra) and Syedna Wajihuddin (ra) and several Hudood kiram. As a result of this stress Syedna Kalimuddin (ra) fell ill and began to decline. He informed Syedna Nooruddin to accept the terms of the Jam. Syedna wrote him a promise to pay his amount and returned freely to Syedna Kalimuddin (ra). Syedna Kalimuddin expressed his will to Syedna Nooruddin (ra) and conferred Nus on him. Syedna passed away to the heavenly abode at the time of nisfullail. Syedna Kalimuddin had started the rasam of providing pen, paper and ink to talabat-ul-ilm.
Syedna's aqilah Zahra Aaisaheba binte Dosaji is the mother of Syedn Noor Mohammed Nooruddin (ra). She passed away at 21st Jamad al-ukhra 1103H.
